Our Shipping Policy

Ornamental fish are live animals and cannot be returned once sold.

SHIPPING VIA UPS
1. When you choose UPS Next Day Air service we will add proper insurance. You will be required to provide your signature upon delivery.
2. Please confirm the consignee information (phone number) in advance of delivery.3.
3. Before signing for receipt of your fish, please open the box in front of the courier for inspection. Confirm that there is no problem with your fish before signing. Once you have signed for your fish they are deemed to be free of any problems.
4. If you fail to be present to accept and sign for your delivery, no return or compensation will be given.
5. If you find that anything has happened to your fish during shipment such as anoxia death caused by courier not delivering on time, or damage caused by the packaging being destroyed in transport, please take photos and vides and confirm with your on-site courier. We will arrange a reshipment or refund for you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING VIA AIR CARGO
1. Please confirm the consignee information (phone number) in advance of delivery.
2 Please open your package in front of the airline staff for inspection immediately after receiving the fish. Confirm that there is no problem with your fish before signing. Once you have signed for your fish they are deemed to be free of any problems.
3. If you fail to be present to accept and sign for your delivery, no return or compensation will be given.
4.
